Niagara Escarpment
The Bruce Trail follows Ontario's Niagara Escarpment, a forested 425-milion-year-old series of limestone ridges and cliffs in southern Ontario running from Niagara Falls thorugh Hamilton and Burlington northwards to Collingwood and Owen Sound then up the Bruce Peninsula to Tobermory, is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve with dozens of waterfalls and panoramic viewpoints.
